About 10 girls, including me, went with the International Society to visit Dingle, Ireland, which is a very cute and small town in southwest Ireland. The bus ride was about three hours long, but I promise it was 100% worth it.

The food that I ate in Dingle was probably some of the best food that I've eaten since being in Ireland. The crepes were amazing, but the ice cream was 500x better. If you haven't been to Murphy's Ice Cream, I'd HIGHLY suggest it. Their ice cream is homemade and the flavours are all so unique. I had sea salt ice cream and it was unreal.

Have you ever hiked up an extremely muddy sheep pasture to visit the Eask Tower? I hadn't before this trip, but I can verify that sheep pastures are super duper muddy. I have never seen more people fall in mud within the same 10 minutes than I did during this 20 minute hike. The views were definitely worth it. Unfortunately, the sheep did NOT want to be pet. If you ask my friend, Savannah, she can attest to this.

There were about 150 international students on this trip and during the optional swim in the freezing cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean, only about 15 of them went swimming. I was one of those crazy 15 people. 2 of my friends and I were daring enough to go swimming in 50 degree weather. It was freezing. But at the same time so so worth it and I will have those memories forever.

The bus ride back was a lot of singing and laughing. After this super long and adventurous day, I cannot wait to visit the Aran Islands this coming weekend!
